Warranty and Refund Policy

     CustomPCC offers custom built computers for every-day use and gaming. All of our computers are built to order and our parts are checked weekly to offer the best available price at the time of the order. We also offer upgrades to your current computer. We can look over your current set-up and let you know what components can be upgraded and what benefits you will get from upgrading. 

     All custom pc orders require a down payment of 50% of the total price before parts are ordered. If the order is canceled at anytime after the order has been placed, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. All custom PCs are not eligible for a refund. Any defective parts will be replaced under warranty with-in the first 90 days. Any parts purchased individually, in 30 days or less, can be returned for a full refund if the item is new, never used, and still in the box.
